This is my favourite photograph of many I took of the artist and potter, Quentin Bell. Taken in 1981 at his home, Cobbe Place, in E. Sussex. UK. Son of Clive Bell and Vanessa Stephen. The assignment was for the book, 'Omega and After' published by Thames & Hudson. Quentin lived for most of his long life at nearby Charleston Farm House - home of Duncan Grant, Vanessa Bell, Angelica Bell.
